Had a girls’ weekend there with a couple friends and we had a lovely time! We all had massages with Sandra, which were amazing. There was a bit of a hiccup when we arrived, someone had taken our first massage appointment and it was my understanding the hotel thought the individual was part of our party. However, they were able to pivot and accommodate and all was well. Staff were all incredible, friendly, and helpful. Specifically the serving staff. Food was delicious! We were informed there is a new chef. Hats off to him. Hot tub, pool, and sauna were lovely! Hot tub spa jets weren’t working but the regular jets were so it was fine. Rooms are dated, as is the building, and while upgrades would be welcome, some of the bigger upgrades might prove difficult as this is a heritage property and therefore specific permissions are required for larger renovations. Beds were comfy and clean. All said and done, we had a lovely little getaway and would be happy to return :)
